2. General Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:

The vehicle must be returned in the exact same condition as when it was sold, with no additional mileage, damage, or alterations.

All original documentation, keys, and any included items (e.g., spare tire, manuals) must be returned.
3. Refund Process & Deduction
Upon a valid and approved refund request:

We will refund the full purchase price paid for the vehicle.

A fixed administrative fee of £50 will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers the essential processing costs associated with reversing the sale, updating our records, and re-preparing the vehicle for inventory.

The customer is responsible for any costs related to returning the vehicle to our premises.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that refunds cannot be issued in the following circumstances:

After the 14-day refund period has expired.

If the vehicle has been damaged, modified, or has exceeded a mileage allowance of 50 miles from the odometer reading at the time of sale.

For any separately purchased add-ons (e.g., extended warranties, servicing packages), which are governed by their own specific terms.
5. How to Request a Refund

Receiving Your Refund: The net amount (purchase price minus the £50 administrative fee) will be issued using the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
